Chef Roy Daley, a top rated chef, initially partnered with Gerome Sapp to create the Health Binge menu with equal parts nutritional value and taste at the core of importance. Also, elements of the G-BOMBS Diet, a synonym for Greens, Beans, Onions, Mushrooms, Berries and Seeds (some of the best anti-cancer, health promoting foods on the planet) are incorporated into each menu item. Health Binge meals and the diet are NCAA & NFL athlete approved.
Gerome Sapp is a former captain and all-american for the storied University of Notre Dame Football program. While at Notre Dame, Gerome also served as a brand and fitness ambassador for Adidas. After graduating with a degree in Finance, Gerome was drafted into the NFL by the Baltimore Ravens and later spent time with the Indianapolis Colts. During the off-season of his NFL career, Gerome received his executive MBA from Harvard Business School. Gerome served as a Nike, Under Armour and Reebok brand and fitness ambassador throughout his NFL career. This laid the important foundation for Gerome’s love for fitness and proper nutrition!
Chef Jackie Mcmahan is a Graduate of the The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Las Vegas, Chef Jackie uses her 18+ years in the hospitality industry to lead a diverse Health Binge culinary team across multiple kitchens in multiple states. Chef Jackie is trained in a wide range of culinary specialties that span from Asian to Latin cuisines, which allows her the ability to add extravagant flare and taste to our robust menu.
Ray Ha most recently worked for Mercedes Benz Research and Development as an Operations Supervisor but started his diverse management background in undergrad with the UC San Diego Police Department as a Community Service Officer and Dispatch Supervisor. Upon graduation with a BA in Visual Arts and Computing from UCSD, Ray began his 12+ years in the San Diego hospitality industry working his way up to General Manager. During this time he developed a multitude of management teams and operated successful venues spanning across Southern California. Not being able to fully leave the public service sector, he also concurrently served as a volunteer Safety Officer for a Federal Disaster Medical Team (DMAT CA-4) and responded to various emergencies such as Hurricane Katrina. Ray’s skill set in operations has proven to go hand in hand with the exciting growth that is happening here at Health Binge.
